Two Toll-Free Lines

Contact Center with Toll-free lines

 

Goal:

Migrate to Teams Telephony

Port 50 Phone Numbers

Port 2 toll-free lines and transfer the Contact centers to Teams

Decom the PBX devices

 

Offered solution:

Evaluate for Regional SBC or Local SBC after discussion with provider

50 DID number for individual users

2 toll-free numbers

Native Teams Contact Center

-Do you offer SIP Trunk services?

-If Yes - can you terminate SIP Trunk outside of the country - to Azure deployed SBC?

-If No - Could you offer SIP Trunk services directly to the office over Internet (preferred) or over dedicated line.

-Could you provide offer according to the parameters below?
